BACK FROM BUSINESS!Hey everybody!
I'm back. Finally back. I shall tell you tons of stuff about the past few days! On Thursday, I woke up really early (at normal school time, which is 5.30am) to go for RGS Nite Arts Festival performance. We went to UCC and practiced for the whole morning and afternoon for that night's performance! Lunch and dinner only consisted of meat and rice and everyone was thinking about how unbalanced our meal was when we realised that the rationale of feeding us this kind of food was because the Arts Festival committee did not want us to consume too much fibre and poop or too much carbohydrates in case we feel too lethargic to perform. Well, I had better load up on fibre or I start having constipation! We spent most of the time in UCC in the female orchestra changing room and I started to get bored. Really bored! It made me feel a little claustrophobic. The performance was extremely enjoyable. I liked our performance (band's I GOT RHYTHM). I've always thought that band rocked a lot!!! We managed to catch a little bit of sleep and watched a bit of the musical.
On friday, we permitted to sleep a little later. So I went to school to report at 10am. I went to class to see how our Aesthetics Class Project was turning out. It was wonderful. Totally like BROADWAY BISTRO. There was a photo booth, DJ, Manicure booth, food (billy bombers) etc. The food was exciting- roti prata sausage, brownies, cookies, kacang puteh, drinks, muffins! very nice. That day at UCC, it was less boring. We watched the whole of the musical and it was relatively ok... I've seen better ones! I guess it's the experience that counts. Then lunch and dinner was exactly the same. No Carbs and Fibre. Jamie and I thought that exploring sussan's ipod touch would be nice, so we browsed her phone for games. Then, we discovered tap tap. We loved the lady gaga version. We started with easy, then went to extreme. We were practically screaming our heads off at the game because we became overly excited about it. Even when I was watching qianyi and jamie play, I was screaming and laughing!! The earphones were so loud at the beginning that we decided to do without the music. Then jamie's earphones kept dropping out because it drops when she smiles. She was laughing like some mad woman. Very exciting and funny!!! it's only this exciting with the lady gaga version and when you're playing a two player extreme. The normal version played some ULU songs. Again, that night's performance was extremely enjoyable, only that there were 1000 balloons released from the ceiling of the theatre and confetti! We took lots of photos. Pictures speak a thousand words!
